getNewItem

public SoftcopyVOILUTSequenceItem getNewItem()

Returns preinitialized object of SoftcopyVOILUTSequenceItem. This pre-initialization includes setting transfersyntax and dictionaryreader in the item as that is in the sequence. User has to add this item to sequence by calling additem of SQ.
