SNM - String of Telephone Number Digits

This data type specifies string whose characters are limited to "+" and/or the decimal digits 0 through 9. A string, leading zeros are always considered significant

This class override the equal method, to check whether some other object is "equal to" this one.

User can also create Data Type through DataElementFactory
