C-DAC Noida's Online National Drugs Licensing System (ONDLS) has been conferred the award for “Best Digital Governance Initiative (Central Ministry/Department)” at the Governance Now 6th Digital Transformation Summit & Awards 2026, held on 16 January 2026 in New Delhi.

The recognition underscores ONDLS’s significant contribution to strengthening pharmaceutical regulatory governance through digital transformation. Designed as a unified national platform, ONDLS enables transparent, paperless, and time-bound processing of drug licensing by Central and State Drug Regulatory Authorities. The system has markedly enhanced regulatory efficiency, compliance monitoring, and ease of doing business, while ensuring robust safeguards for public health.

The award was presented by Shri Sardar R. P. Singh, National Secretary, Delhi BJP and National Spokesperson, and Shri Kailashnath Adhikari, Managing Director, Governance Now. It was received by the C-DAC Noida team on behalf of the centre, reflecting their sustained commitment to delivering secure, scalable, and citizen-centric digital governance solutions aligned with national priorities.
