First class BE / B. Tech/MCA/M.Sc or equivalent degree in Computer Science/ Electronic and related domain with 2 to 4 years of Post Qualification work experience in relevant areas.

• Experience in creating written content for custom eLearning courses/programs
• Experience in compiling technical content concerning eLearning/Blended Learning systems in co-ordination with team and individually
• Working knowledge in Industrial Design for e-Learning courses
• Exposure to Question Bank Preparation, Asssement and Certification
• Working knowledge of content authoring and related tools
• Exposure to LMS/CMS Systems
• Knowledge and understandability in Search engine optimization techniques
• Candidate having a flair for writing with strong vocabulary & Command in creating technical content
• Ability to work independently within allocated resources to execute time-based tasks/assignments,self starter & Disciplined
• Must be a disciplined, self-starter and have the ability to execute on assignments independently
• Attention to detail with superior written, verbal, and problem solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong capacity for operating in a flexible, dynamic environment where creative and strategic thinking is required.
• Ability to work in a high pressure environment
• Ability to multi-task is essential

• Conduct extensive survey, Discussions/meetings and research todeliver technically accurate content and related requirements as needed for the project
• Write/ Editing/ Proof Reading web content
• Content reviewing across agencies, Engage in integration of virtual course content and lab platforms for online/blended E-Learning system
• Co-ordinate with internal and external personals and team members involved in Content Preparation/Review/ Audit, Question bank Preparation, Assessment and Certification
• Assess and determine on a regular basis whether the courses/programs of the project continue to be effective in meeting learning needs
• Frequent and Timely Communication of technology-wise targets/programmes to team on a regular basis, Process and policies to responsible stakeholders on content concerned matters
• Constant monitoring, identification and updating appropriateness of courses/ programs offered on platform
• Creating written content for online custom programs
• Accurate record keeping and routine communication management
• Any other activity as assigned by FLA/SLA
