First class BE / B. Tech/MCA or equivalent degree in relevant discipline with 11 to 15 years of Post Qualification work experience in relevant areas.

• Expertise in coordinating and managing professional training programs for industry/officials/faculties, etc.,
• Experience in managing e-learning courses for large scale proliferation
• Experience in conducting workshops/conferences, etc.,
• Knowledge in development of technical content
• Experience in assessment and certification
• Expertise in conducting/coordinating short term duration programs
• Experience in conducting workshops/conferences, etc.,
• Knowledge in financial and manpower management
• Experience in setting up of labs and purchase process of Government organizations
• Experience in NSQF certification process would be added advantage
• Capability to coordinate with multiple agencies, teams and members
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• High degree of initiative and ability to work independently as well as with team

• Responsible for coordination and implementation of short-term technical courses
• Responsible to coordination in development of course content for short-term technical courses
• Responsible for conductions of workshops /seminars or conferences etc.,
• Responsible for conducting and managing e-learning courses
• Responsible for coordination in setting up of labs as per training requirements
• Responsible for coordinating and managing training programs with Industries, Officials, etc.,
• Responsible for procurement of systems and tools
• Responsible for multi-centre project management and coordination
• Responsible for preparing reports and presentations, implementation plan document, etc., as needed for the project
• Responsible for activity planning, work breakdown, scheduling, tracking and performance assessment of responsibilities assigned;
• Responsible for managing manpower associated with the project
• Strong leadership capability with ability to deliver timely and quality outcomes individually and also as a team player
• Ensuring strict confidentiality and compliance of IPR as per organizational requirements
• Ensuring highest levels of quality, integrity and ethics in all activities undertaken
