Experience:	5 - 7 years of post Qualifications experience in Project management
Age:	Maximum 35 years as on last date of submission of application as mentioned in advt.
Skill set :	Basic computer knowledge Office Automation, Very good communication skill
Job Profile:	Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Salary:	Rs. 25,000- 27,500/-pm. based on the post qualifications relevant experience
