- Excellent knowledge of preparing reports / documents / templates / brochure / flyer / forms as per requirement for the project and operations
- Knowledge of business, financial and operational aspects of activities/projects
- Proficient in using computer and computer applications/utilities, ability to handle documentation tools (Office Suite), knowledge of document aesthetics, templates and complex formats
- Knowledge on HTML/HTML5, Responsive Templates, e-mailers, Graphics Designing and UI will be preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills (both written & verbal)

| Job Profile: |
- Responsible for external interface with user community, expert group, client representative, govt functionaries
- Responsible for preparing and delivering high quality, accurate and reliable requirements / end-user documentation / reports / artifacts / templates / forms, etc.
- Responsible for preparation and review of standard operating procedures (SOPs), guidance documents, and policies
- Responsible for providing inputs on website designs, information representation (infographics), presentations
- Prepare publications, reports, analysis, position papers, white papers, best practices on work carried out in the project
- Represent organizational activities/achievements in meetings, seminars, conferences
- Liaison and provide consultation advice to external agencies
