  1. Two years of full time MBA in Human Resource Management or equivalent relevant professional qualification with 7 years of relevant experience.
  2. Qualification in Law (LLB/LLM) will be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities (Indicative & not exhaustive) Recruitments, Promotions, Training & Development etc. Compliance of Rules & Regulations on Establishment and Service matters. Drive resource plans, talent reviews, succession plans and performance management. Facilitate people and organization effectiveness interventions that improve organization dynamics and work culture. Compliance of statutory requirements including contract labour matters, implementation of HR Policies, Manpower Planning etc.
