Skill set	Experience in managing multiple projects Networking, Persuasion, Excellent Presentation and Negotiation Skills, Public Speaking, Research, Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Lead Generation / Conversion, Sales Planning, Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges, Market Knowledge, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism, CRM and Microsoft Office. Candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proven adaptability to differing cultural and business environments. Candidate must have a proven track record in recruiting both Public and Private Clients. Candidate must have experience in preparing Business Proposals, Business Brochures / Pamphlets and other Marketing related material preferably for ICT industry.
Job Profile	W3C India needs manpower for Marketing development whose main function will be to "sell" the concept of W3C to businesses and SME's and persuade them to become members of the organization. The main thrust would be motivational and the Marketing Wing needs to motivate and encourage membership by pointing out the technological and economic benefits of becoming members of W3C. This person will also be responsible for preparing brochures and publicity material, in the shape of Webcasts, Videos on YouTube.
Scale of Pay	₹ 31, 000/-pm onwards, based on the post qualifications relevant experience.
