Application Development Training for Central Bureau of Investigation

C-DAC Delhi successfully conducted a five-day training programme on "Application Development" for Assistant Programmers of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) from May 18th to 22th, 2026 at C-DAC Delhi. The programme aimed to enhance participants’ technical skills in modern application development technologies and tools.

The programme began with an induction ceremony attended by Shri Manoranjan, Superintendent of Police (Systems), CBI, as Chief Guest. He highlighted the importance of continuous learning and technology-driven solutions in organizations. Senior officials from C-DAC Delhi, including Shri Jitendra Singh, Scientist G & Centre Head, and Shri Apoorva Kohli, Scientist E & Group Head – ACTS, also addressed the participants and shared insights on capacity building and emerging technologies.

Technical sessions were conducted by expert trainers from C-DAC Delhi, including Shri Pankaj Mahto, Senior Project Engineer – ACTS, covering a wide range of topics such as Java, Spring Boot, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, REST APIs, database connectivity, full-stack development, software testing, documentation, version control, and containerization.The programme provided participants with practical exposure to backend and frontend development workflows and modern software engineering practices.

The valedictory ceremony was held on May 22nd, 2026 in the presence of senior officials including Shri Jitendra Singh, Shri Arvind Kumar, and Shri Apoorva Kohli. Certificates and mementos were distributed to participants, and the best-performing participant was also felicitated.

The programme concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Dr Shoyab Ali, Senior Project Engineer (TPO), ACTS, C-DAC Delhi.
