The National e-Governance Division (NeGD), Ministry of Eectronics and Information Technology (MeitY), hosted the 34th episode of its interactive series 'Ask Our Experts' on October 31st, 2025. The live episode spotlighted e-Hastakshar, C-DAC's online digital signing service that enables users to digitally sign documents in real-timeoffering a secure, legally valid, and convenient alternative to physical signatures.

The episode featured Ms. Jahnavi Bodhankar, Scientist F & Project Head, and Ms. Jyoti Shrikant Dahiwele, Scientist E, C-DAC Pune. They elaborated on the e-Hastakshar service, its various applications, and its seamless integration across multiple platforms. The discussion emphasized how citizens can securely perform digital signing using OTP, fingerprint, IRIS, or face-based authentication, ensuring a convenient, secure, and reliable signing experience.
