The 3-day AICTE-sponsored Conference on "AI and Data Science: Catalyst for Viksit Bharat" commenced on October 09th, 2025, at Patna Women's College, bringing together academicians, researchers, and industry experts to deliberate on the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Science in driving India's development vision.

Shri.Abhinax Dixit, Scientist G & Centre Head, C-DAC Patna, graced the inaugural ceremony as the Chief Guest, where he emphasized the pivotal role of AI and Data Science in achieving the nation's vision of a Viksit Bharat. He highlighted the importance of fostering indigenous innovation, responsible AI practices, and collaborative research for inclusive growth and sustainable technological progress.

The session also featured an insightful keynote address by Dr. Kunal Abhishek, ScientistE, C-DAC Patna, on "Cyber Security (CS) for Artificial Intelligence (AI): Building Trust & Resilience in Intelligent Systems." His talk provided insights into the growing intersection of AI and cybersecurity, underscoring the need for robust safeguards to ensure that AI-driven systems remain secure, reliable, and ethically aligned with societal values.
