C-DAC Thiruvananthapuram successfully organized Campus2Career Connect 2025 in Cochin on August 26th, 2025, marking a major step toward bridging the gap between academic curricula and industry-ready skills. The event brought together an enthusiastic gathering of Heads of Departments (HoDs) and Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) from several engineering colleges across southern India. The day began with insightful addresses by senior C-DAC leadership, setting the tone for collaborative discussions ahead. Shri.Vinukumar A R, Scientist G, C-DAC Thiruvananthapuram, and Dr. C P Johnson, Scientist G, C-DAC Mumbai, highlighted C-DAC's pivotal role in driving technological advancement at the national level and emphasized the critical need for academia to align with the rapidly evolving demands of the IT and R&D sectors.

The agenda was meticulously curated to present a comprehensive overview of opportunities for fresh graduates. Participants gained an in-depth understanding of C-DAC's cutting-edge R&D initiatives, followed by a detailed session on its premier upskilling programmes designed to enhance graduate employability. Expertled discussions explored the practical applications and future trends of emerging technologies in Cyber Security and Virtual Reality, offering valuable insights.
