EPIL sign MoU to collaborate on National and International projects

A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed between C-DAC and Engineering Projects (India) Ltd. (EPI), a Government of India Enterprise under the Ministry of Heavy Industries on June10th, 2025, at Delhi.

C-DAC is engaged in Advanced Research and Development in IT, Electronics, and associated fields and has experience and expertise in developing cutting-edge technology solutions & EPI is engaged in project management, engineering, and turnkey execution of multi-disciplinary projects and has significant experience in infrastructure development.

On signing of this MOU, Shri. Shivendra Nath, CMD- Engineering Projects (India) Ltd. said that this MOU broadly covers potential engagements and related aspects involving various project implementations between the organizations at both National and International levels. The entities agreed to explore and pursue opportunities for mutual collaboration with Joint Offerings, Integrated Project Delivery, Holistic Execution Services, Innovative Alignment, Scalable and Sustainable Solutions etc.

On the occasion, Shri. Naveen Kumar Jain, Scientist-G & Centre Head, C-DAC Delhi, stated that this MoU reflects a strategic alignment between C-DAC's technological innovation capabilities and EPI's infrastructure execution strengths, laying the foundation for collaborative initiatives that will contribute to National Development and Global Outreach through scalable and future-ready solutions.

In addition to the signatories, Shri. Anurag Rajput, Scientist-D & Group Head, Software Technology Group, C-DAC Delhiand Shri. Rajeev Kumar Pandey, Additional General Manager, IT, EPIL, were also present during the signing ceremony and signed the MoU as witnesses.
