C-DAC Mumbai in association with C-DAC Thiruvananthapuram, Kolkata and CINE successfully organized “C-DAC Nexus: HR Summit 2025” in Mumbai on December 12th, 2025. The event brought together an enthusiastic gathering of HR Leaders, Hiring Managers, HR Professionals, and Talent Acquisition members from various IT and ITeS companies across Mumbai. The event was very well organized and thoughtfully curated for the HR fraternity.

The day began with insightful addresses by Shri Aditya Kumar Sinha, Executive Director, C-DAC Mumbai, setting the tone for collaborative discussions ahead, followed by Shri Jitesh Choudhary, Centre Head,CINE, focusing on how C-DAC is shaping the hiring landscape by providing quality resources to the IT sector. Dr CP Johnson, Scientist G and Programme Head, highlighted several initiatives and best practices adopted by C-DAC, making the PG-Diploma students’ industry-ready.

A major highlight of this HR Summit 2025 Event was the two panel discussions focused on “How is technology reshaping core HR processes” and “Hiring in the Era of AI.”A special appreciation to the moderators, Dr. Saumya Dutta Badgayan, VP HR Business Strategy, Goldstar Jewellery and Shri Ameet Kakar Thakur, Vice President HR, whose excellent facilitation brought great energy to the two panel discussions, and to the panelists Ms. Sajita Thomas, ShriRai Varghese, ShriManeesh Mehra, ShriKirit Nagrecha, Ms. Indira Bisht, and Ms. Anshul Sharma - for sharing their valuable insights and experiences.

The event concluded with a dynamic interactive Q&A session, where Industry leaders’ queries were addressed, fostering a constructive dialogue aimed at building a strong talent pipeline for the nation’s IT sector.
