Educational Qualification & Experience |
Two years full time MBA / Post-Graduation in relevant professional qualification with atleast 3 years of post-qualification experience in relevant domain.

Skill Set |
- Experience in Quality management Compliant handling, Standards, Corrective/ Preventive Actions, etc.
- Auditing exposure in reference to standards/regulation for the projects and programs handled
- Must be a disciplined, self-starter and have the ability to execute on assignments independently
- Attention to detail with superior written, verbal, and problem solving skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong capacity for operating in a flexible, dynamic environment where creative and strategic thinking is required
- Should have administrational/Secretarial experience with good communication skills and an aptitude for attention to detail
- Knowledge in tendering processing, quoting to the client, follow-ups w.r.t payments, purchase orders etc.,
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment
- Ability to multi-task is essential
- Excellent documentation and knowledge in using MSOffice software
- Should have a strong team ethic and have the ability to work autonomously under their own initiative

- Security services administrative and management activities
- Interacting with clients
- Participating in various e-tendering activities
- Implementing and Utilizing Project management tools, task tracking tools to automate the coordination activities
- Business interaction and services
- Revenue generation through proposal preparation, submission, tenders etc.

Rs.4.7 lakhs lakhs per annum based on the post qualification relevant experience as per C-DAC norms |
