First class BE / B. Tech/ MCA or equivalent degree in relevant discipline with 2 to 6 years of Post Qualification work experience in relevant areas.

Post Graduate Degree (M.Sc.) or relevant discipline with 3 to 7 years of Post-qualification work experience in relevant areas.

Computer Science/ Electronics/ IT/ Computer Application and related domains

• Experience in a wide variety of testing efforts, techniques and tools
• Demonstrated experience as a tester
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and the test life cycle
• Ability to carefully follow use cases and technical requirements
• Experience with Python/ Java/ C# testing framework processes and tools
• Experience with Selenium, JMeter, SOAtest and others
• Knowledge of scripting language like PHP, JavaScript, etc
• Exposure to eLearning tools and CMS
• Must be a disciplined, self-starter and have the ability to execute on assignments independently
• Attention to detail with superior written, verbal, and problem solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong capacity for operating in a flexible, dynamic environment where creative and strategic thinking is required
• Ability to work in a high pressure environment
• Ability to multi-task is essential
• Certifications in software testing and related areas would be desirable

• Verify the target objectives against pertinent data shared by project teams;
• To prepare project guidelines and reports and evaluate system functionalities and potential by generating test cases and carrying out frequent testing
• Review and test system load and capacity of existing provisions and frequently monitor the resource utilization
• Reviewing specifications, evaluating tools and indent equipments
• Carrying out critical review and propose changes in frameworks/ tools
• To maintain historical records through reports
• Provide suggestions, survey reports etc. for tools/ products/ solutions
• To provide technical support for managing components
• Maintain repository and record keeping
• Project Lead and Module Lead related activities
• Any other activity as assigned by FLA/SLA
