International Symposium on Quantum Computing & Innovations (ISQCI) – Part III
The International Symposium on Quantum Computing and Innovations (ISQCI) is a premier event bringing together top researchers, scientists, engineers, and industry professionals to explore the latest advancements in quantum computing. Following the success of its inaugural event at IIT-BHU in July 2023, the second edition at Kolkata on December 17th-18th, 2024, hosted by C-DAC Patna, C-DAC Kolkata, and C-DAC CINE.
The third edition of ISQCI is organized by C-DAC and IITM CDOT Samgnya Technologies Foundation and will take place at Mumbai in January 2026.
This year, the symposium will spotlight the Application of Quantum Technologies in Financial sector, addressing one of the most critical emerging intersections of science, technology, and financial innovation. The symposium comprises two flagship programs:
-
Five-Day Winter School on “Quantum Technologies for FinTech Innovation”
Dates:15–19 December 2025
A deep-dive technical training program designed for students, researchers, faculty, and professionals looking to build foundational and applied knowledge in quantum computing, quantum security, and financial modelling. -
One-Day Consultation Meet on “Quantum-Secure FinTech Systems”
Date:16 January 2026
A high-level consultation bringing together experts from policy, regulation, academia, finance, and quantum technology to discuss the national vision, regulatory needs, and roadmap for quantum-enabled financial systems.
Theme and Purpose
The symposium aims to convene leaders, researchers, policymakers, technologists, and industry experts to explore the transformative potential of quantum technologies in FinTech. With quantum computing evolving rapidly, the financial sector stands at the cusp of unprecedented change—across security, optimization, simulation, fraud detection, and digital infrastructure.
