Educational Qualification & Experience
  1. Graduate in any discipline
  2. Six months certificate course in computer Operations
  3. 3 years working experience in relevant field for Graduates or 1 year for a post graduates.
Age 30 years as on last date of submission of application as mentioned in advt. (Relaxation according to Govt. Of India instructions)
Desired Skill Sets

For HRD Department

Knowledge about various HR functions like Leave, Attendance, Insurance, ESIC, Training, IR, Service Rules and laws, etc.

Knowledge of coordinating HR events.

Knowledge of report generation and data management.


For Finance Department

Knowledge of accounting through Tally package


For Admin Department

Ability to draft routine letters or mails independently Knowledge of routine Admin work like transport management, security management etc.


For Legal Department

Knowledge of Drafting MoU's.

Knowledge of RTI ACT/ IPR etc.


For Material Management Department

Knowledge of Purchase & stores related process.

Should have experience in the field of Material Mgt.

Knowledge of e-procurement operations, GEMS etc.

Should have knowledge of rules & regulations of Govt. procurement

  2. Expert in MS Office - Word, Excel, Power Point

Job Profile

For HRD Department

To generate various reports, data management, filing, updation of records, maintaining inward/ outward of documents, document tracking.

To support in various HR functions.

Conducting and coordination of various HR events


For Finance Department

Processing of bills / claims, Payroll, Various statutory compliances, Bank Reconciliation, handling Income tax & GST etc.

Accounting through Tally package upto finalization


For Admin Department

Handling incoming and outgoing mails (Electronics & paper Based).

Handling guest house, vehicle management and event management.

Drafting and typing letters, attending telephones and assisting visitors, managing & maintaining appointments.

Assist in day to day Admin activities.


For Legal Department

Managing Inward / outward and Document tracking.

Extending assistance to Head Legal.

Preparing/ comparing legal documentation, follow up cases/ correspondence, Liasoning with internal & external departments/ agencies.

Attending various court matters as and when required.


For Material Management Department

Assistant in Tendering /e-procurement.

Assist in day to day MMG/Stores activities.

Maintain and manage activities related to filing, stationary, maintenance of all goods & materials.


Any other tasks as per the requirement of Profile.
