Job Responsibilities (Indicative & not exhaustive)	Deal with purchase & procurement activities. Prepare and analyze competitive sealed bids, competitive sealed proposals, requests for quotations and requests for statements of qualifications. Conduct pre-bid and pre-proposal conferences. Coordinate and supervise activities of evaluation committees.
