Educational Qualification	Post Graduate in engineering/technology in any discipline with additional qualification in Management/Administration will be preferred. OR Graduate in Engineering/Technology in any discipline with additional qualification in management/Administration will be preferred.
Experience	For post graduate at least 15 years post qualification relevant experience in state / central govt. dept. or PSU of autonomous body For graduate at least 20 years' post qualification relevant experience from state / central govt. dept. or PSU of autonomous body
Age	Maximum 65 years as on last date of submission of application as mentioned in advt.
Skill set	Thorough knowledge of govt. procurement procedure & rules and CVC guidelines. Should have experience of e-procurement process. The experience should be in the procurement and import of electronics, computer related items and electrical capital equipment and components. Working knowledge of import of goods and customs clearance, familiar with INCOTERMS foreign remittance, letter of credits, high seas sales, customs duty exemptions etc.
Job Profile	Guide the team towards procurements related to electronics components, computer hardware/ software and capital equipment within framework of Govt. rules. Should co-ordinate between technical aspects and procurement procedures
Duration of consultancy	Initially for the period of 1 year. The term of consultancy may be considered for further extension for a period as deemed fit by management but not beyond the age of 65 years of the consultant & depending upon the requirement of the project and performance of consultant.
Consultancy Fees	As commensurate with experience, qualifications & skill sets.
