72 ISEA Cybersecurity Clubs Inaugurated in Jamtara, Jharkhand

In a significant step towards reshaping the digital narrative of Jamtara and building a cyber-resilient generation, 72 ISEA Cybersecurity Clubs have been launched across government high schools in Jamtara, Jharkhand under the Information Security Education and Awareness (ISEA) programme of MeitY, Government of India on July 16th, 2025 at Jamtara, Jharkhand. The initiative was implemented by C-DAC Patna in collaboration with the District Administration, Jamtara.

The initiative was inaugurated by Shri. Ravi Anand, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Jamtara, Shri. Rajkumar Mehta,IPS, SP,Jamtara and Shri. Ritesh Dhote, Scientist E, C-DAC Patna in august presence of officials from District Administration, Jamtara.

To operationalize the clubs, a two-day Master Trainer Workshop was conducted by C-DAC Patna for the nodal officers of each school from July 16th � 17th, 2025. The workshop aimed to equip educators with essential knowledge and skills in cybersecurity, enabling them to lead awareness efforts among students and promote safe digital practices at the school level.

This milestone not only empowers the educators of 72 schools but also lays a strong foundation for fostering cyber awareness in the region.
