Over the past twelve months, C-DAC ACTS Pune has invested significant effort in the meticulous development and refinement of its Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality (AR/VR) bootcamp. This dedicated pursuit has culminated in the successful training of over 1,500 participants, a testament to the programme's effectiveness and reach.

This achievement extends beyond simply meeting a numerical target; it signifies a substantial accomplishment that surpasses the initially projected goals for the year. More importantly, it serves as a powerful affirmation of C-DAC's unwavering commitment to empowering learners with comprehensive knowledge and practical, hands-on expertise in the rapidly evolving realm of cutting-edge immersive technologies.

This five-day intensive bootcamp programme was conducted across fourteen colleges in Pune and neighboring regions equipping students with cutting-edge industry insights and practical experience in immersive technology. Designed to seamlessly integrate theoretical learning with hands-on activities, the programme offered participants industry-ready expertise in various aspects of AR/VR technology. Its interactive format fostered an engaging and dynamic learning environment, allowing participants to explore AR/VR through practical applications, real-world case studies, and expert-led sessions.

This programme delivered a robust foundation in AR/VR technologies, encompassing AR, VR, MR, and XR fundamentals, 3D modeling, Unity Engine, Vuforia, and C# programming. This comprehensive curriculum aimed to prepare participants for successful ICT careers by providing them with industry-standard tools and techniques.Across diverse fields like architecture, sports, education, manufacturing, healthcare, real estate, and entertainment, AR and VR are experiencing significant growth and implementation.
