C-DAC Mumbai organized a one-day Workshop on its "Digital Governance with Emerging Technologies" in Bhubaneswar on February12th, 2026, for all the government departments of Odisha.Ms. Madhusmita Sahoo IAS,Principal Secretary, Government of Odisha,was invited as the Guest of Honour andDr. Pradeep Kumar Raut OAS, Special Secretary, Govt of Odisha, was the Chief Guest.

Over 120 participants attended the workshop.Representatives from key departments including Odisha Khadi Village& Industries Board, Science & Technology, Fisheries &Animal Resources Development, Energy, Planning &Convergence,Food & Supplies,Consumer Welfare,Directorate of Fisheries,Panchayati Raj & Drinking Water, ParliamentaryWelfare,Rural Development,and Handloom & Textile contributed to the interactive sessions.

Sessions covered Cybersecurity solutions, National authentication frameworks(e-Pramaan,Offline e-Pramaan, and the User Consent Management System e-Sammati),Blockchain implementations such asNBF Lite, Document Verification, eVoting, etc., AI applicationssuch as SAMVAD AI, npdAI, and upAsthIti, Speech-Based Exam System and Document Intelligence tool, and Accessibility standards, Annonshield, SATYA (a digital accessibility testing tool), Bump-In-The-Wire (BITW) solution for SCADA Systems, etc.

The workshop was engaging, interactive, and received positive appreciation from the attendees.
