Launch of DigiHastakshar and DIPS

In a landmark event held at the prestigious SCOPE Complex, New Delhi on July 28th, 2025 two innovative products-DigiHastakshar and DIPS (DSC Token Integration Platform Solution)-were launched under the project funded by the Controller of Certifying Authorities, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. This milestone marks a major stride in strengthening India's digital signature infrastructure and advancing digital trust in the country's cyberspace.

The event was graced by Shri. Arvind Kumar, Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA), as the Chief Guest, who delivered an inspiring keynote address on the increasing importance of indigenous digital signature solutions. He emphasized the critical role of trust, compliance, and innovation in building a secure digital India. Also present at the event were Shri. Aashish Banati, Deputy CCA (Technology), who delivered a special address highlighting the technology vision of the CCA's office, and Shri. Vivek Khaneja, Executive Director, C-DAC Noida, who lauded the collaborative spirit between the government and technical institutions in delivering citizen-centric solutions.

The event brought together representatives from the Office of the CCA, C-DAC Noida, and several Licensed Certifying Authorities (CAs). Thought-provoking sessions were conducted on the significance of Digital Trust, its implementation through secure platforms like DigiHastakshar and DIPS, and the urgent need to strengthen Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) in light of growing cyber threats and post-quantum challenges. The gathering echoed a shared vision of making India digitally self-reliant and secure.

A special moment during the event was the felicitation of the development team, led by C-DAC Noida, by Shri. Vivek Khaneja, ED C-DAC Noida and Ms. Savita Kashyap, Group Coordinator, Embedded Systems, C-DAC Noida. The team was recognized for their relentless efforts in bringing these critical digital trust enablers to life. The core team included Shri. Manish Kumar Verma, Shri.Brahmanandha Prabhu, Ms. Aayushi, Ms. Tanya, Ms. Komal, Ms. Diksha, Shri.Aman Meshram, Shri.Hariom Gupta, Shri.Abhishek Kumar, Shri.Pranjal Kumar and Shri.Shahzaib Khan.
