A Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) signing ceremony took place on June 27th, 2025 at Tec-Verse 2025, a collaborative event organized by leading research organizations C-DAC, SAMEER, and C-MET, under the esteemed guidance of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India. The event marked a crucial step in the wider dissemination of FlexiFleet, a sophisticated and all-encompassing software solution for optimizing fleet operations including vehicle tracking, developed by C-DAC Thiruvananthapuram. FlexiFleet is designed to enhance efficiency and control across diverse logistical & public transportation needs.

C-DAC officially onboarded five authorized resellers for the marketing and distribution of its FlexiFleet application. During the official registration event, MoAs were signed and exchanged with four of these reseller partners.

During the inauguration, where MoAs were formally handed over, several esteemed guests were present, including the Secretary of MeitY, the Director General of C-DAC, and the Director of C-DAC Thiruvananthapuram. This collaboration is strategically designed to harness the resellers' capabilities, thereby enhancing FlexiFleet's market presence and delivering cutting-edge fleet management solutions nationwide.
