ITEC Cybersecurity & Malware Analytics Programme

C-DAC Delhi successfully concluded the Certificate Course in Cybersecurity and Malware Analytics (CCCS&MA) under the ITEC Scheme of the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, on January 30th, 2026. The 80-hour programme, delivered over two intensive weeks from January 19th, 2026, was conducted at C-DAC, New Delhi.

The course witnessed enthusiastic participation from officials representing various Government Departments and Ministries from Ghana, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Mongolia, and Sierra Leone, fostering a rich, cross-country learning environment.

To commemorate the successful completion of the programme and acknowledge the efforts of the participants, faculty, and support staff, a Valedictory Ceremony was held on January 30th, 2026, at C-DAC, New Delhi.

The ceremony started withthe welcome addressby Shri Jitendra Singh, Scientist G & Centre Head, C-DAC Delhi followed by lighting of lamp with Saraswathi Vandana by Centre Head, Course Faculty, and ITEC Participants.

ShriJitendra Singh highlighted the ITEC Scheme of the Ministry of External Affairs as a flagship initiative of India's developmental cooperation and urged participants to serve as goodwill ambassadors by promoting ITEC-sponsored courses. He underscored the strategic importance of cybersecurity in the evolving global digital landscape and the need to address real-world cyber challenges.

Thereafter, a presentation on ITEC, C-DAC and its global footprint was delivered by ShriJaibheem, Project Manager, ICD, C-DAC Delhi, highlighting C-DAC's key initiatives and its global outreach. As a course faculty, he emphasized the critical importance of cybersecurity in addressing emerging digital threats and building resilient systems. He also shared his wonderful experience of working with the ITEC participants and provided valuable feedback, appreciating their enthusiasm, commitment, and active engagement throughout the course.

During the valedictory ceremony, participants reflected on their learning journey, highlighting the new competencies gained in cybersecurity and malware analytics, along with their enriching exposure to Indian culture. They fondly recalled visits to prominent historical sites in Delhi and Agra, the warm hospitality, and the diverse Indian cuisine. Expressing a high level of satisfaction with the programme, the participants also conveyed their keen interest in enrolling in similar future courses at C-DAC Delhi.

Participants were shown a short film (Memoirs) showcasing beautiful moments spent by them during their stay in C-DAC Delhi & India. The ceremony concluded by presentation of Course Completion Certificate &Memento toall the participants byShriJitendra Singh followed by the vote of thanks by Ms. Richa Choudhary, Course Counsellor & Faculty - ACTS, C-DAC Delhi.
