The swift, large-scale, and high-quality execution of the RashtriyaKarmayogi Jan Seva Programmepositions C-DAC as a leading implementing organisation under Mission Karmayogi, demonstrating its capacity to translate national governance reforms into impactful outcomes on the ground.
C-DAC has successfully completed the RashtriyaKarmayogi Jan Seva Programme, a flagship national behavioural capacitybuilding initiative mandated by the Capacity Building Commission (CBC) under Mission Karmayogi, marking a major milestone in large-scale implementation of a programme of national importance within a compressed timeframe.
C-DAC Corporate Learning and Development (Corporate L&D) planned and executed the initiative, which was rolled out uniformly across all C-DAC Centres, reinforcing the organisation’s commitment to Seva Bhav, citizen-centric governance, and the national vision of Viksit Bharat @2047.
As part of the initiative, three senior C-DAC officers Shri. Rajesh Kumar Tripathi, Director (HRD); Shri. Jitesh Chaudhary, Centre Head, CINE; and Ms. Lakshmi Panat, Scientist G, C-DAC Pune—were nominated and successfully completed the Lead Trainer Programme held from July 28thto August 01st, 2025. Building on this, a three-day Master Trainer programme was conducted at C-DAC Noida from September8th to 10th, 2025, resulting in the training of 32 Master Trainers from all centres.
Using the cascading training model prescribed under Mission Karmayogi, the Master Trainers delivered the Jan Seva programme to C-DAC employees in structured batches of 35–40 participants, ensuring consistency, quality, and meaningful engagement. Five programme cycles were successfully completed between 25 September 25thand November28th, 2025.
In a span of just two months, the programme covered an unprecedented 4,699 employees, with 100% certification of participants. Performance metrics underscore the programme’s effectiveness, with 99% compliance to recommended training duration, 95% adherence to batch size norms, and an average batch score of 88%.
