The present invention relates to a system and method for a health monitoring system. The health monitoring system comprises a display module, a health monitoring module, and a processing module. The display module includes a user interface and at least one optical sensor. The user interface enables audio, video, or symbolic interaction. The health monitoring module contains at least one sensor to detect user health parameters. The processing module is communicatively connected with the display module and the health monitoring module. It includes a collection module to perform data fusion on the information received from the display and health monitoring modules, enabling a prediction module to determine the physiological conditions of the user. The health monitoring system facilitates early detection to reduce the occurrence of unlawful activities. This invention offers a holistic approach to mental health monitoring, making it highly beneficial for psychiatrists.
