Social Sentiment Analysis

In this endeavor, CDAC is working on developing an automated system to monitor, mine and analyze the citizen sentiments and opinions social media and blogs, forums, e-commerce websites which can be benefitted to Government agencies in government policy development and implementation. It can provide deep insight in gauging mood of citizens. It can also help in improving the quality and volume of feedback by encouraging citizens to think of media as channels to communicate with and about government
