The overall implementation and monitoring management of AIIMS system includes the following:

1. Planning, supply and customisation of AIIMS software
2. Supply and installation of IT infrastructure components
3. Implementation and integration with the existing naval applications
4. Implementation and integration with the existing naval infrastructure
5. Training
6. Data digitisation
7. Hand Holding for period of 6 months
8. Annual Technical Support for AIIMS Application for period of 7 Years with a team of 6 members
9. Warranty period of 03 (three) years after Commissioning
10. Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) for 04 (four) years after expiry of warranty
