C-DAC, Mumbai offers the 6-month full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Computing (PG-DAC) (online mode) and Post Graduate Diploma in Big Data Analytics (PG-DBDA) (physical mode at C-DAC Kharghar).

We are creating a pool of external faculty for each module of PG-DAC & PG-DBDA (mainly for the theory part).

C-DAC, Mumbai invites applications in the prescribed format for engaging temporary teaching staff in the following modules.

This is an opportunity for external faculty to be part of C-DAC, Mumbai and impart their expertise to our students.

Minimum Qualification:

• BE/B.Tech Degree or MCA or MSc in IT for technical modules.
• Any graduation for General Aptitude and Effective Communication modules.

Minimum Experience:

3 years in Academic or Industry domains related experience – specific fields.

Selection Mode:

Shortlisted faculty will be called for a demo lecture, which can be physical/online. This demo will be attended by the students and the interview committee. This will be followed with an interview. Upon recommendations by the interview committee, the faculty shall be added to our pool of faculty and may be called for the respective module based on C-DAC Mumbai’s requirement. The appointed external faculty shall be paid remuneration on hourly basis as per the external faculty remuneration chart of CDAC Mumbai on successful completion of the module.

Terms & Conditions:

• The candidates must ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria before applying for the post.
• The nature of engagement is purely temporary for a period of specific module of PG-DAC/PG-DBDA.
• The selected candidate shall have to enter into an agreement to serve the institute on the terms and conditions set by C-DAC, Mumbai.
• C-DAC reserves the right to select or reject a candidate without assigning any reason/s thereof.
• This engagement does not confer any right on the applicant to claim either continuous employment or permanency in future.
• C-DAC reserves the right to defer or cancel the advertisement at any stage of processing without assigning any reasons, if required.
• C-DAC reserves the right to place a reasonable limit on the total number of candidates to be called for interview. Mere fulfillment of qualification per se does not entitle a candidate to be called for the interview.
