User Support
As part of user support, NPSF Operations Team provides support for user onboarding, user interaction with system, job submission, help in installation, setup and configuration of various tools, utilities as per requests from the user community, on best effort basis
NPSF-Help team (helpdesk) receive, log, prioritize, assign, track, escalate, resolve, close and archive queries and answer phone calls (in exceptional cases only)
